2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 146 of 2022, lodged on 13.03.2022 under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against five unknown accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 05.06.2023. Counsel further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the petitioner's possession nor he was put on T.I.P.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused whose name has been figured in this case has been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36796 of 2022 (Annexure-P/3 series). Counsel further submits that the chargesheet has already been filed in this case.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above considering the antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be granted bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 146 of 2022. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Divyansh/- U T
