2. This is the fourth attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the has been rejected thrice vide orders dated 28.03.2023, 26.04.2024 and 14.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57434 of 2022, Cr. Misc. No. 17238 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 84959 of 2024 respectively.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2021 and in the trial all the witnesses except the I.O. and the doctor have been examined.

5. Considering the allegation against the petitioner to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83405 of 2025(4) dt.06-04-2026 2/2 have killed the deceased with a sharp edged weapon, no fresh ground for review is made out, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
