Petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 30.6.2018 nd its consequential order dated 24.9.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of transfer is punitive in nature. However, he admits that the petitioner is to retire within a period of one year and as such in terms of Government decision, the petitioner may be considered for his posting in the last year at the place convenient for settling the entire post retiral benefits of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent the Principal
Patna High Court CWJC No.21333 of 2018(3) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 Secretary, who shall consider the representation of the petitioner, if files alongwith with a copy of this order by reason speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
