2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 695 of 2023 registered on 21.09.2023 lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons including the petitioner to whom allegation of recovery of one country made pistol and four live cartridges.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2023 having one criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail and charge-sheet has already

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and just four and half month is about to lapse.

6. Considering the above facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, petitioner is at liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail three months after framing of charge.
