JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 22.9.2023, passed in CWJC No. 19193 of 2015, the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Birpur, District-Supaul has already passed a reasoned order dated 21.12.2023, as contained in memo dated 22.12.2023, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court MJC No.3642 of 2023(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, passed by the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Birpur, District-Supaul, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
