JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respondent no.1 for one time settlement so that a reasonable amount can be fixed and the petitioner can pay back the loan.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.1 and in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no.1within a period of four weeks from today, then the respondent no.1 shall consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and settle the loan account of the petitioner amicably.
