The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kiul Rail (Nawada) P.S. Case No.266 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching a mobile phone. He is in custody since 12.10.2023. The petitioner is accused in two more criminal cases. 4.
Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1761 of 2024(4) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Railway Court, Kiul, DistrictLakhisarai, in connection with Kiul Rail (Nawada) P.S. Case No.266 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Warsaliganj Police Station, District- Nawada on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
