JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Following are the reliefs which the petitioner is seeking in the present writ application :- "(i) To quash the memo No. 155 dated 25.01.2018 issued by the Respondent No.

4, the District Magistrate, Patna whereby and whereunder the claim of petitioner who was/ is daily wages employees under Patna Collectorate to get the benefit of such regularization have been denied on the ground that he was/ is not working experience of 240 days in a year and continuously up to five years.

(ii) Further to direct the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.24516 of 2019(3) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 authorities specially issuance of writ of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, Patna for issuance of direction to consider the issue within the parameters of the policy decision dated 29.06.2011 of the General Administration Department on the basis of order passed in CWJC No. 11798 of 2011 dated 09.2.2012 which is the observation of the Division Bench as well as in L.P.A. No.

506/2014 for the appointment of the petitioners.

(iii) Further to direct the respondents authorities specially issuance of writ of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, Patna to initiate and conclude the selection process for appointment of the petitioner on Class IVth post in the district of Patna in light of the policy decision dated 29.06.2011 issued by the General Administration Department."

The question involved in the present writ application is squarely covered by a decision of this Court dated 18.12.2019 in CWJC No. 18612 of 2019 (Kapil Kumar vs. The State of Bihar) and other analogous cases.
