Learned counsel for the State Health Society, Bihar submits that the Advertisement No. 08/2024 issued by the State Health Society, Bihar inviting applications for the post of Ayush Medical Officer (Mainstream/RBSK), which is the subject matter challenge in the writ petition, has been cancelled by the competent authorities.

3. However, the notification canceling the aforesaid advertisement has not been placed before this Court by the learned counsel for the State Health Society.

4. In view of above submissions made by the learned counsel for the State Health Society, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition, if the authority seeks to proceed in terms of the impugned advertisement namely advertisement No. 08/2024.

5. Permission is granted.

6. As such, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
