2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 46118 of 2025 to its original file.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 28.07.2025, two weeks' time was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to issue notice to O.P. No. 2 and the application stood dismissed for non-compliance of aforesaid order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the requisites for notice could not be filed and, as such, the application got dismissed.

4. Learned APP for the State raised no objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
