The contention of the petitioner is that for the same offence, one complaint case was filed earlier and now an FIR has also been filed and the same may be quashed. If the contention of the petitioner is true, the petitioner is given liberty to file an application under Section 210 Cr.P.C. in the complaint case but the present FIR cannot be quashed on the same ground.

This application is dismissed.
