JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. a) To hold and declare that the petitioner is entitled to get a fresh license of Stamp Vendor under the Rules regarding Supply and Sale of Stamps and Stamped Papers (No. 7291-F dated 26.04.1949) in light of the order dated 16.06.2014 passed in CWJC No. 12618 of 2011 by this Hon'ble Court and grant of fresh licence will not be barred under Clause 3(1) of the said Rules.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19668 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 b) For issuance of appropriate direction upon the Respondent Authorities to consider the application dated 23.06.2014 submitted by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 3, in light of order dated 16.06.2014, passed in CWJC No. 12618 of 2011 by this Hon'ble Court and grant stamp vendor license to the petitioner without any unreasonable delay."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
