In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 giving rise to Special Case No. 24 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 22, 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per prosecution case, the S.S.B. personnel have recovered 260 gram of Heroin from the possession of the petitioner. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
