JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506,504,387 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Four live cartridges were said to have been recovered from the place of occurrence where petitioner is said to have been caught by the police moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 27.05.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XV, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
