2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69219 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that out of four petitioners, petitioner no. 4 namely Rakesh Singh @ Rakesh Kumar could not surrender within the stipulated period as he was in Punjab during the relevant time earning his livelihood.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, three weeks further time from today is granted to the petitioner no. 4 namely Rakesh Singh @ Rakesh Kumar to surrender before the court below to furnish his bail bonds in pursuance of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85017 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 26.09.2025 on the same terms and conditions.

5. With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
