1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the respondents to immediately remove the encroachment of main Road Kaluahi & Rahika main Road to Madhubani, which has been encroached by the Encroachers.
(ii) For commanding the Respondents as to why the encroachment of main road which goes to Kaluahi as well as Rahika to Madhubani and P.W.D. to Belahi has not been removed as yet though the said land is a main road hence no vehicle can enter in the Village.
Patna High Court CWJC No.418 of 2024(3) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 (iii) For commanding the Respondents as to why the public land which has been used by the villagers have been encroached by the respondents has not been removed as yet.
(iv) For commanding the respondents as to why the main road has been encroached by the encroachers and same but not been removed as yet."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kaluahi Block, District-Madhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
