In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.219 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The matter relates to lifting of motor cycle and from the order passed by the Sessions Judge it appears that a stolen motor cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has also admitted his involvement in the alleged occurrence. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
