In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no.4/ District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or to his counsel, the respondent no.4/ District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, shall dispose of the said representation within a period of eight weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order.

The respondent no.4/ District Magistrate, Lakhisarai is directed to pay the salary, if any, to the petitioner for which he is entitled within a period of ten days from the date of disposal of the said representation.
