Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Risiyap PS Case No. 72 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that the trial has concluded and evidence on behalf of the prosecution has been closed on 12-12-2024. 4.

The said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Since the trial is on verge of conclusion, as such, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 6.
