The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to command the respondents i.e. respondent no.5 to issue Land Possession Certificate (L.P.C.) to the petitioner so that the petitioner may get compensation from the authority in lieu of acquisition of land for Hathua Bhatni Bari Rail Line Project in view of Award No.65 in L.A. No.56.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Circle Officer, Phulwariya, Gopalganj, respondent no.5 for redressal of his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.

6. On filing of representation by the petitioner within three weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the Circle Officer, Phulwariya, Gopalganj, respondent no.5 expeditiously in accordance with law.
