2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 193 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 21(c) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 84 Pieces of Onrex Cough Syrup (100ml each) have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, which is commercial quantity.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the recovery of commercial quantity of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83262 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 cough syrup from the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected for the present.
