This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Vishnupad P.S. Case No.210 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

While planning to commit dacoity, the petitioner was apprehended and one country made pistol and cartridges have been recovered from his possession. 4.
The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 210 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Vishnupad Police Station, District- Gaya on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
