2. The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 256 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of Arms Act and Sections 8 and 21 of NDPS Act.

3. The allegation is that one loaded country-made pistol, four live cartridges, 35.6 grams of smack was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Considering that the petitioner is accused in sixteen cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for
