The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No.07 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. but the charge-sheet has been submitted under section 103(1) of the B.N.S.

The petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the deceased. She is in custody since 19.03.2025. 4.

From the confessional statement of the petitioner, it appears that on the date of occurrence the deceased tried to sexually assault the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody of the petitioner, let the
