Informant, the father of the victim, filed written report ten days after the alleged occurrence on an allegation that his daughter (name withheld, aged about 14 years) was kidnapped by Dharmnath Mukhiya and Harilal Mukhiya over a motorcycle and subsequent thereof, Gyani Mukhiya and Anirudh Mukhiya were also seen following them over a motorcycle. Annexure 2, statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim, has been filed wherein she has volunteered herself to have accompanied Dharmnath Mukhiya and got herself married and on the date of her examination she was pregnant of two months which is found duly supported with Annexure 3, medical report.
