2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Rail Police Station Samastipur Case No. 209 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have stolen the mobile phone for which he is in jail since 12.09.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
