In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2873 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 386, 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that when the complainant was going to his Poultry farm, the accused persons intercepted and assaulted him and on the threat of the life took Rs.50,000/- etc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79199 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are own nephews of the complainant and after three months of the occurrence, the present case has been lodged. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 2873 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
