Considering the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking, this application is disposed of with an observation that if such matter has been pending with the State Government and is still pending, a decision must be taken within a reasonable time, keeping in mind the schedule prescribed in the judgment and order dated 26.04.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4660 of 2017 (Dr. Ram Pramod Thakur Vs. State of Bihar and Ors.).
