JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1222 of 2002, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of the deceased in conspiracy with the other accused persons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was aged about 12 years 3 months and 5 days at the time of occurrence and it further appears from the impugned order that the learned 14th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, has directed the petitioner to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board and as such disposed of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board on 05.03.2019 and make prayer for regular bail. Till then, no coercive step be taken against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 1222 of 2002.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
