2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 100 pieces of Burenorphine injection from the co-accused Md. Soukat and one mobile from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the recovery, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 83728 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for the present.
