The petitioner is an Accounts Clerk in the Central Building Division, Patna. He submits that his claim for the benefits under the Assured Career Progression (for short 'A.C.P.') is pending consideration before the Superintending Engineer, South Bihar Circle, Building Construction Department, Patna (Respondent No.3).

In view of the limited grievance and since no adjudication is required, the pendency of the writ petition would be futile.
