2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75214 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The following order was passed on 27.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 75214 of 2023:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pakridayal P.S. Case No.161 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner along with others is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87323 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 said to have killed a 12 years child. He is in custody since 23.06.2022.

4. Considering the seriousness of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present.

5. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible

5. Out of 12 witnesses charge-sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the trial is going on, this application for regular bail is again rejected.

7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
