The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, the informant was going to SP Office from Karauna O.P. on a tempo having taken dock. It is further claimed that he saw a differently able person was being assaulted by the petitioners and other by means of lathi, danda, slap and fist with intention to kill as a result of which, he sustained injuries in his eye, stomach, shoulder and back. It is further claimed by the informant that he has given identification to the people gathered there and then said victim was saved from further assault and the victim was sent to Sadar Hopistal, Jehanabad for treatment and during course of treatment, he disclosed his name as Sunil Yadav.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named two petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S.Case No.632 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) B.Kr./- U T
