2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 365 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. By way of Mediation Proceeding No. 530 of 2025, the parties have agreed to resolve the dispute upon payment of Rs. 5 lakhs by the petitioner to the Opposite Party No. 2 by way of one time settlement. It is submitted that the said payment has been made and the articles have also been returned and the parties have also filed an application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89299 of 2024(5) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 Act.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No. 2 also agrees to such submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In such view of settlement between the parties, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 365 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., (Soni Shrivastava, J.) Jyoti Kumari/- U T
