2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have got job on forged certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case and the certificates produced by her are genuine and correct.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 04.10.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023.
