JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Rule 32 of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.08.2018 passed in Supply Case No. 12 of 2018, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Gopalganj by filing an appropriate appeal and in case the petitioner files an appeal within a period of four weeks from today, then the appellate authority shall adjudicate the matter without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
