2. Heard Mr. Chandra Shekhar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Anand Kishore Choudhary, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State and Mr. Uday Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sheohar Complaint Case No.147 of 2017 dated 19.07.2017, instituted under Sections 323, 504, 406, 420, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has died a few months ago, and, thus, the matter has become infructuous.
