2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Agiaon(G) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 109(1), 61(2) of B.N.S. and u/s 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is a case of triple murder. The petitioner and other accused persons fired indiscriminately causing death of three persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently
