2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 363 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 402, 399 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a,25,5 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, one loaded country-made pistols, live cartridges and mobile phones have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that a currency of Rs. 500 denomination was recovered from his possession which was belonging to the petitioner. He has also submitted that co-

No.88302 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2025 2/2 accused Deepak Kumar Paswan and co-accused Mukesh Ram have been granted bail by this court and the case of the petitioner is on better footing to that of co-accused. He is not involved in any other case of similar nature. The petitioner is under custody since 25.06.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 363 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
