Petitioner seeks bail in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.155 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code, 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner was apprehended by SSB on the Indo-Nepal boarder. It is alleged that one country made pistol and three litres Nepali Saufi was recovered from his possession.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67194 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.155 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
