JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 On 07.02.2018 this Court has passed following order which is quoted below:- "Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the University and the learned counsel appearing for the State.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to

In fact, with regard to the College, in question, in C.W.J.C. No. 6366 of 2014 a coordinate Bench of this Court has considered various aspects of the matter and noticing the vigilance enquiry in relation to use, misuse and abuse of the fund issued specific direction on 08.11.2017 with regard to payment and operation of the account.

In view of the above, no further order is needed to be passed. The interest of the petitioner stands protected under the order, dated 08.11.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6336 of 2014 and, as such, the Court is not required to pass further order. This writ application stands disposed of in the light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6336 of 2014, dated 08.11.2017."

This Court without giving any opinion disposed of the writ application in the light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. no. 6336 of 2014 which was passed in relation to the same institution.
