The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 117, 342, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that as per FIR, on 02.06.2019 at about 9.30 A.M. on receiving the information by the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82458 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/3 alongwith other Police Officials arrived at the Bakhari Chowk and they seen the road was blocked committed by the 50-60 persons including by the petitioners by the several vehicles upon N.H. 333 on enquiry they came to know that some days ago the quarrel took place between the one Ajay Yadav Tempo driver and worker of the Sisodia bus travels on Malayepur stand to take the passengers. The informant alongwith his police officials tried to remove the blocked upon the same road then the persons who committed the blocked misbehaved with them. And the persons including the petitioners user the criminal force to the informant and his officials who is the public servant from discharge of his duty.

The higher police and administrative officials anyhow removed the blocked from the root of NH-333. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence whatsoever. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation or over act against the petitioners accused to commit any offence in this occurrence.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82458 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 3/3 from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Barhatt P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
