The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 143, 342, 323, 332, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because he is stated to be a part of the crowd, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest. The petitioner is a practicing doctor and has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80523 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheswar P.S.
