2. The petitioner is said to have applied Arms License before the District Magistrate, Patna, on 04.07.2014 which has not yet been disposed of.

3. Considering the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let a decision be taken on the petitioner's application for grant of Arms License, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner shall be required to furnish the details of the application which he had submitted in 2014 for

Patna High Court CWJC No.25576 of 2019(3) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 grant of Arms License along with present order to the District Magistrate, Patna.
