2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 314 of 2015 dated 20.10.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 384, 386, 506, 120B read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17, 18 and 10 of the U.A.P Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and the co-accused persons is alleged to have pasted pamphlets of Bhakpa Maovadi Organization on the wall near Pakhtaul Chowk containing slogans against the administration as well as against the nation. It is further alleged that the poster containing to stop the purchase and sale of the land of Lalan Chand Kothi or face consequences were also pasted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 12.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31363/2016. The petitioner has two antecedents and he is on bail in both the cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 314 of 2015, with the condition:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
