2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 498(A), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per prosecution case, daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Dhananjay Choubey on 20.04.2014 and after the marriage, the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons started demanding dowry from deceased and due to non-fulfillment of the same, they started torturing her and on 21.06.2023, the daughter of the informant was killed by the accused persons.
4. Petitioner is elder brother of husband of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10943 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased (Dhananjay Kumar), who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 213 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
