The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is a jeweler. Police suspected that stolen chain was sold to the petitioner and petitioner melted it. Considering the lack of connection between the melted gold and the stolen chain, let the petitioner, above named, who has got no criminal antecedent, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No.700 of 2019, with following

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82013 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
