The petitioners seek bail in Vishambharpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2019, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Both the petitioners were travelling on the motorcycle and on being intercepted, 32 litres of liquor was recovered for that the petitioners are in jail since 19.09.2019. Petitioners have already remained in jail for 21⁄2 months for recovery of about 32 litres of liquor from their possession.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79368 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2019.
