JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2025 CWJC No. 17685 of 2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Bihar State Pollution Control Board as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that after the disclosure notice, the petitioner had applied for a fresh CTE before the Bihar State Pollution Control Board on 17.02.2025 and the same is pending for consideration before the Board.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid, the present writ application may be disposed of.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of with direction to the the Board to carry out a fresh inspection in accordance with law/rule within a period of four weeks from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order in presence of the complainant, namely, Abdul

Patna High Court CWJC No.17685 of 2024(6) dt.08-04-2025 3/3 Quadir and pass a speaking and reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter, and the order passed by the Board shall be communicated to the petitioner. It is further being made clear that while the Board takes fresh decision, the previous closure should be ignored by the Board.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned counsel for the private respondents, State as well as Bihar State Pollution Control Board, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.

7. Permission is accorded.

8. Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
