2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 541 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023, lodged under Sections 363, 366A, 379, 504, 506, 120(B) and 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons, including the petitioner. The petitioner is accused of abducting the victim girl, who in her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. said that she had left her house of her own will.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2023 having

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIth-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 541 of 2023.
